Counselling is offered to individuals, couples, families or groups to help them with problems that they facing, such as Stress, Depression and Anxiety, Low Self Esteem, Family and Relationships. Counsellors offer a safe and comfortable space, listening to and encouraging clients to think clearly about their problems. Counsellors build trust and respect and let clients talk freely about things that they may not feel able to talk about with friends and family.
How can it help clients?
Counselling can help clients to be able to think more clearly about what they would like to achieve and help them think of ways to achieve their goals. Counselling is a place where people can talk about problems that they may have without feeling judged or alone, while feeling supported and encouraged.

There is no cost for this service

Referrals can be made by self or by others.
Ring or drop in to SCHS D2H and they will complete and intake service and make appointment for the person.
