SCHS Tai Chi group sessions are based on the Tai Chi for Arthritis program. Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that originated from ancient China and is especially beneficial for health.
This program is taught over 12 weeks where you will learn the first 12 movements.
The slow gentle movements and breathing assist with:
- Posture and flexibility
Tai chi helps to release your stress and uplift your mood.
