Unplanned Pregnancy Options Counselling

Our experienced staff can support and assist you to understand your options so that you can make an informed decision about what you want to do.

Through discussions, staff can help you to better understand your own feelings, thoughts, values and priorities, so you can make the best decision for you.

When you have made your decision, staff can provide you with information and referrals to other services that can help you carry out the steps required, and meet any other needs you may have.

Are you pregnant?

The signs of pregnancy can include; missed period, feeling sick, vomiting, having sore or larger breasts, feeling dizzy or more tired than usual. It is possible to be pregnant and not experience any of these symptoms. If you think you might be pregnant, it is a good idea to take a pregnancy test if your period is more than a week late.

The length of a pregnancy is measured from the first day of your last period.

Cost

Fees for this service are based on your level of income, and are set by the Department of Health.
